Why do they want to do it again?? She would text me asking to do things a lot like going to dance parties and clubs and one time I was going to a dance party she invited me to but my cars tires were slashed b/c I was at a lake party and she offered to pick me up but I already had a ride. She texted asking if I was annoyed with her and that she just thought I didn't want to hang out with her. Thats the first time I really started thinking she was interested in me. Over spring break she asked if I wanted to go to a movie but I was out of town. During this last 7 month period I was so heavily depressed from my family situation that there was no way I could of sustained a relationship. So now in the present day, my life is just now getting back to normal, and I enjoy spending time with her and am thinking she is someone I would want to date. We dont talk near as much since classes had got out so i asked her to lunch last week and i asked if she wanted to go to a movie and what would she want to see. She said avengers and sometime during this week would work. Later in the conversation she said she was feeling down b/c a guy she was sort of talking to told her he didnt want a relationship w her and just wanted to have fun. He was flirting w other girls in front of her I guess. She said she wants a serious relationship with someone. After lunch she texted me saying: "thanks for lunch, it was good to see you:" i told her i had a good time too and to let me know when she wants to do something again. she said sounds good. I know this is long but i feel like the more detail i give about the situation the better insight ill be able to get. I feel like she never thought I was interested in her and just wanted to be friends bc i never made a move. What do I do now? So, obviously I'm getting fired. I do admit to having missed a few days, but each time I emailed and explained why, which they were fine with. I got into a confrontation with one of my coworkers, and my boss wouldn't do anything about it besides saying just take it as a joke and ignore him. However, I obviously can't ignore someone who is antagonizing me and won't stop until I quit doing whatever he "feels," is wrong. This happened on Monday. Therefore, I just needed a day away from work to think about thing and cool-off, which in my opinion is a perfectly reasonable way to deal with something like this. So, I missed that day of work. Also, I was never given a warning, of any sort, about not missing any more days of work or you will be fired. Now, because of missing that day they are, what I suppose, firing me. However, I assume the real reason is because they'd rather fire me than the coworker who I got into a confrontation with, for he is a full-time employee and I am part-time. Can I apply for unemployment benefits or anything (I live in California)? I met her at school. We are really good friends now because we do our homework together go in groups together and sometimes meet up at the bar. I have asker her out before , but she said no because she started seeing some guy. Things didnt get awkward and we were still friends after and even got closer and got to know eachother better. That was two years ago and 2 months ago she broke up with her boyfriend. She is always asking me quetions such as where im from how many siblings I have and who I live with stuff like that. At the bar we do talk and she has introduced me to her friends and brother. She is always excited to see me at the bar and will wave and shout at me when she sees me. I find this pretty funny because she said to me that she isnt the type of person that does that. Since she broke up with her boyfriend I have noticed that she pays attention to me more. Sometimes I notice some of the looks I get from her. She has started to ask me to come study with her and her friend. We joke around with eachother and have the same kind of humor. We also do text eachother about many things such as school. She always made sure we were in the same group in school and she would get mad if we werent. Another thing happened at the bar is her brother leaned over to me and said youre in love with my sister arent you and I said how does her know that and he said he noticed the way that I look at her. This kinda caught me off guard. She seems to pretty comfortable around me cause she jokes around and can be herself. What should my next step be? We are both in university and she is a year older than me. Then last night me and her play this iphone game where you draw something and they have to guess what it is. She just randomly texted me at 130 in the morning asking what i drew and then went on to ask what i did on the weekend and she told me what she did. Kinda random. Hes the sweetest dog to the family and people he knows and very playful. Since he was really young he never took well to strangers at first. But if its someone he would see more then once and they interacted with him he'd be perfectly fine. Sometimes while walking him he will see someone and bark like crazy but other times (once in a while) he really wont care. There was this one time he started barking at this lady but she started to talk to him and then he started to wag his tail and she fell in love and he even allowed her to pet him. Sometimes I think its a bark for attention because he loves when people give it to him but at the same time when he barks people get nervous and think hes going to attack. I honestly don't feel like he would but I understand why someone would be scared hes huge lol. He doesn't growl when he barks at people also so I don't know if he has intentions on hurting them. This dog is my baby and hes so lovable im just curious why he acts like this.. She often tells me the same stories several times within a week, not remembering we already talked about it. She often either forgets what I told her or repeats it back wrong and I repeat it over and over and over because she is confused about what I am saying. She will ask the details again and again until she "gets it." She tells me awful things people said to her and they say they never said that. I believe she does believe it. She just interprets it wrong. Problem is my dad enables this by agreeing with whatever she says. He will swear he heard or saw it too, even if it never happened. So he isn't someone I can talk to about this. Her mother had Alzheimer's and it has always been her biggest fear that she will have it too so bringing it up to her is a touchy subject. We live in different cities so I'm not sure if her personality is changing that much but on the phone, I hear a lot of confusion. My brother lives close by but doesn't get along with her because she always accuses him of saying things to her that he didn't say. The main thing recently that sticks out in my mind is that she wished my niece a happy birthday on facebook and my niece did not thank her. She has held a resentment about it for almost a year and brings it up to her every time she sees her. I was there over the Christmas holidays and heard her bringing it up to her again. I heard my niece being very tactful and nice in explaining that it was just an oversight and that she didn't mean anything by it. Later my mother (who didn't know I was in the other room and heard the conversation) told me that when she brought it up again to my niece she stormed out of the room and was very rude to her. I told her I heard the conversation and did not hear that happen at all. She just kept repeating the story and for the next several weeks, repeated the story again the same way like she believes it. I am concerned about her. Do these things sound like Alzheimer's or could it be something else? Also what can I do? My dad nor brother will help and if she doesn't want to go to the doctor for this, my dad will defend her. It seems that in my left ear, everything when fine as I was able to put them in and not have any pain. But I think I must have done something in my right ear because shortly after putting them in and listening to music, I was getting a bit of fatigue in the ear.
